Three Girls Gone

Ever since I had my little girl these crime thrillers with children hit differently. I feel the parents pain so much more than I did before. I can truly feel their devastation and heartbreak in a new way. This case was truly devastating and I was right there with the whole team wanting to track down the killer.
The book is fast paced and has you turning page after page to race to the end. Carolyn had me hooked with that prologue. It chilled me to the bones! This story is full of suspense and mystery that doesn't let up until the very end.
If you are a long term reader of this series then you also get a life updated for Amanda. When I think back to the first book Amanda has grown so much. I love that she now has little Zoe in her life and that they help each other to heal.
If you love a police procedural that will keep you guessing then this is for you.
