By downloading, installing, or using BookHabit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all versions of BookHabit, including any updates or future releases.
BookHabit is a mobile application that helps you build consistent reading habits using behavioral-science principles including flexible streaks and identity-based motivation. Core features are free. Optional Pro features (shareable cards, advanced analytics) are available via in-app subscription.
BookHabit offers optional Google Sign-In to create an account and enable cloud backup. By using Google Sign-In, you authorize BookHabit to receive the following information from Google:
We do not access your Google Contacts, Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service. We do not share your Google account information with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

BookHabit offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks advanced features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by the respective platform. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.
All P0 core features — including the full habit loop, streak tracking, and library — remain free permanently. Pro features are clearly labeled in the App.
All content, design, code, and branding within BookHabit are owned by Kien Nguyen unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
BookHabit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data loss will never occur. We recommend enabling cloud backup as a safeguard.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kien Nguyen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BookHabit, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Settings → Account screen. Upon deletion, your cloud data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify you via in-app message if the changes are material. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
