This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews I received this book for free from the PR Agency in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. Damn you! God Damn you Melissa! I have literally just finished this book and I don’t know what to do. I know you warned us that this book was going to gut us but man I was not prepared. I thought I was but I was wrong. So wrong.

Ever since I read Tru Blue I’ve been watching Quincy get his life together. He’s been working so damn hard to make up for all his mistakes and I am so proud of him. Quincy has become the man he always had inside. He may think that Tru has always had it all together but Quincy has been through hell and come out the other side a man.

Roni, oh sweet Roni. There were times when I wanted to just give you a big hug and times when I just wanted to celebrate all your milestones with Quincy. Roni is just so adorable. It’s easy to see why Quincy falls for her

These two are so damn perfect for each other. They have both been through so much that I just now want them to be happy and get everything they desire. I think they just became my new favourite couple!

It was great to catch up with the rest of the Whiskey gang. It was nice to see some new faces join the group too. I can’t wait for more books and more love stories.
