Immortals
This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews I received this book for free from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. It was quite a while since I read the first book in this series but after the way the first book ended I was excited to see what happened next.
Torin St. James loves Raine Cooper. The only problem is he can't remember this. His memories have been wiped and well he thinks Raine is a bit cuckoo at first. He knows he would never break his rule and fall for a mortal but he knows there's something different about Raine.
As well as following Torin and Raine falling in love there's someone out to get her and her friends. There's someone trying to hurt her friend Eric and she must find a way to protect him.
This book is well written and really sucks you in to their world. The twist in this book is good. I didn't see it coming until we were basically there.
I really enjoyed this book and I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series.
