This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews I received this book for free from the Publisher in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. Thank you to Books and the City for my copy of this book and for letting me take part in the blog tour. I am a long standing fan of Heidi's work and I cannot believe we are on her twentieth book! If you have ever read any of Heidi's books before then you know exactly what sort of story you will get here but if you haven't then you are in for a treat.

This is a real feel good summer romance story. Daisy is very relatable and easy to root for. Daisy and Josh's romance is beautifully sweet. There is instant attraction and an instant spark between these two from the very first meeting.

I loved Daisy's friends Penny and Nick. They were very supportive of Daisy and quite clearly in love with each other. Daisy's parents were very judgy. I get that she never seems to stick at anything but as her parents I think they should be more supportive. Algy is another great support to Daisy. I just loved him!

As usual Heidi has done an excellent job with the location here. Set in the seaside town of Wynmouth. This place has real Norfolk/Suffolk seaside vibes. I live in Suffolk and I know Heidi is from Norfolk and a lot of her settings are fictional places set in Norfolk. Heidi writes the location so vividly here that you could swear you have been here. Then you add in Wynbrook Manor which sounds absolutely beautiful. With the pick your own fruit and the gardens it sounds like somewhere that is perfect to lift your mood.

As the title suggest this is the perfect book for the Summer and will definitely leave you with a smile on your face
