Emma's Journal

Louise does a stellar job of creating mystery and intrigue. I spent so long trying to work out who it was that had been killed and of course who had been the one to do it. It was so well done. I was not expecting what happened at all. It was a very addictive read that I could not put down.

This book was a lovely sweet story that made you really appreciate your loved ones and gives you the warm fuzzies.

This book is a real feel-good story. It was a welcome escape from real life. Grab yourself a cuppa and snuggle down for a great read!

This story has SO many twists and turns that you don't know if you are coming or going. Lisa keeps you guessing from the very first page to the very end. Lisa kept me up late into the night with this one and I cannot wait for the next one!

I know this book was nearly never published and this thought breaks my heart. What this author when through when this book had its first ARC copies sent out was truly horrific and I think that Amélie is extremely brave and strong to go through that and not only keep writing but keep up a social media presence. I am in awe of her strength and the positivity I see on her Instagram stories. She is a true inspiration.

I loved it all except for the ending. From reading other reviews I can see it has left people very divided. I understand it to a certain extent but the epilogue just didn't sit right with me.

This book is about more than falling in love. This is a book about finding who you are, what makes you happy and believing in yourself. Kim's writing is elegant and realistic. The characters emotions are so real, you can feel the pain, the anguish and of course the happiness.

This is the second book in this series but I cannot wait to read so many more books set on Silver Island. It’s one of those places that I would absolutely love to visit (if it was real). I can’t wait to see all of Jules and Grant’s friends fall in love and find their HEA!

It took me a little while to get going, I'm not sure if this was because it was the third book or the pace was just a little slow to start but I was soon turning page after page desperate to find out what happened to those poor girls.
