How can a story be so dark and so cute at the same time?Kat and Liam are so sweet that I AM the one with heart eyes!There’s such a tenderness in spite of the nightmare Liam was living in, and I love that they have never forgotten each other, even if they have been separated for 14 years. There are moments between them that really made me hold my breath.Liam is not your average dark romance MMC: he can kill a man with his own hands, but is also very vulnerable. He thinks that no one could ever love him because of his past, and he is ashamed of his scars and the man he became; at the same time, his love for Kat is strong and unbreakable. Although she is very feminine, Kat is also very determined and courageous, and has no problem facing danger head on. She is truly a lifesaver for Liam. Even if it’s quite easy to figure out who the man threatening Kat is, there’s the right level of suspense throughout the book.
If you are looking for a dark stalker romance that can mix romantic suspense, spice and the sweetest love, Heart Eyes is the one for you.
