I am sad this is the last book in the Ryder series but I know that Melissa always has another story waiting for me.

So while I would recommend reading this book I will give you the same warning that I was given, when you find out the secret it will affect you. It will make you question everything and most probably leave you feeling torn just as I am.

I think the ending for this book and I don’t think there was a more perfect person for Bridget to give the last piece of her heart to.

This was a feel good story with a good moral theme running through it.

I swear I say this every time but this was Aven's best book yet. The opening chapter is absolute perfection. I just can't praise it enough. As I read more and more of Aven's books they get funnier and funnier. I honestly cannot wait for what Aven brings us next.

I think I spent the last 20% of the book with tears rolling down my face. The scene with the journal and the letters was so sweet, as was the epilogue. Melissa really captured my heart with this story and I look forward to reading Brett's story.

This story has everything you need for a summer story. It has the beaches, it has the humour and it has the romance. Holly's writing style is everything I look for in a book and I love coming back time and time again. I am eagerly anticipating the next story at Hope Island, which I believe is out later this year.

I loved every page of this story. It is the perfect summer escapism that will inspire you to go for a walk before that yummy ice cream.

I did guess the big family secret quite early on but this didn't ruin the story at all. This is a perfect summer read that will make you long for ice cream on the seafront.

This story is the perfect summer read. It will have you wishing for those chill out days on the beach and those long summer nights.
