Emma's Journal

There are so many things I loved about this book but it's hard to talk about this book without giving away spoilers but it was SO good! I raced through this book and couldn't wait to start the next one! I can't recommend it highly enough.

This book is the perfect beach read but if like me you were stuck in England where it's raining one minute and bright sunshine the next it's also perfect for that escape to the beach. Grab a copy and curl up with a nice cup of tea (or Wine! Wine is good) and just escape to the beauty of FireFly Beach!

Rachel Hart has a back story that starts to unravel in this book but I look forward to hearing the full story as the series develops. I think Rachel's history does affect her a little in this case and she does seem a little all over the place sometimes. I do like Rachel and I think she is a good detective I look forward to seeing her grow and develop as the series goes on.

There is so much I could say about this book but it's one of those ones where the less you know the better. I did enjoy this book but I wasn't chomping at the bit to start book two. I will read it but I'm happy to take a little break first.

I can't wait to see what Melissa brings us next.

This story was gripping and addictive and I can't wait to return to this series again.

This book was addictive and gripping I was constantly turning page after page because I just needed to know what happened next. I am excited to see what happens next for Detective Scott.

I said this in my review of the first book but I love love love the squad! I love that they are trying to modernise the royals and make themselves more relevant. I can't wait for Xander's story which I think is the next in this series!

I loved the ending of this book and I am saddened to say goodbye t these characters but they will always have a special place in my heart. I am looking forward to seeing what Lindsey will bring for us next .

This was an excellent end to the series and it really wrapped everything up perfectly.
