Emma's Journal

Much like Elizabeth's first book she doesn't write perfect characters. Let me tell you a lot of these characters are so far from perfect they wouldn't know it if jumped up and down in front of them with a sign! Others were good people who just made some bad choices. They are realistic. No one is perfect and it is really good to read people making mistakes. (Even if it makes me frustrated lol) It shows us that we can all be human and make our own mistakes. I am looking forward to Elizabeth's next read and I would love for Sophie to have her own book. I think that girl has quite a story to tell.

Victoria hinted at another story throughout the book and I really really hope that we get another book because I just love this place.

I was sucked into this book quite early on. With the murders being so horrific you just feel you have to keep going. I flew through the book, to be honest and couldn’t believe I got to the end so quickly! I’m looking forward to seeing Morgan progress through her training and see how she copes with her next big case!

I am now dying for the next story in this book because I have so many questions about Mack and what is going to happen next to her. I also want to learn more about her past. What happened between when she was 12 and now. Oh, I need to know!

If you are in need of an escapism book full of beautiful locations as well as a little romance then this is for you.

I really enjoyed his story and while I feel like I've been through the mill it was definitely worth it. It was cathartic in some ways. I look forward to seeing what Ella brings us next.

This book has the beginnings of a great series. I would love to come back to this group of friends and see how they are all getting on. I can really see this being like the I Heart Series.
