If you are looking to get your teeth into a gripping crime thriller that will keep you guessing then definitely pick this one up.

It was a pleasure to read Danielle’s debut novel and I cannot wait for more from this talented author!

This is a story of friends to lovers with a real slow burn. There were some frustrating moments in this book where both Sidney and Gunner were clearly falling for each other but both were too scared to tell the other. However, these were all made worthwhile when they finally got together. They are passionate, explosive and swoony. Another great addition to Melissa’s books.

I really enjoyed the first book in this series, so I was very excited to jump back in.Harlow and Lucas are a great team and I love their relationship. Harlow struggles to open up to anyone given her past but Lucas has broken down some of her walls.This case was very interesting. It had a everything that makes a good crime thriller. The suspense, the mystery and the twist and turns. I loved it.I loved the different POV and timelines. I am a huge fan of seeing different POV as I feel it give a much more realistic view of the story. I like to see the whole picture.Dea really roped me into this story and I cannot wait for the next instalment.

The story is sweet with some really funny moments. It’s an easy read that lets you escape from your day to day life.

Wishing wood is exactly the kind of place I would love to go to. The treehouses sound so cool but also all the added touches the team do such as the fairy lights are just so magical. If this was a real place I'd already have moved in! I cannot wait to return already.

This is a story about love, grief and really just living. Life isn't easy but we have to take the good when we can. I think that is a great moral to take from this story.

It is a heart-warming, feel-good read that you will want to devour.
