Tainted Embrace: A Dark Mafia
I was fully expecting this to be a 4-star read… and then I reached that ending.
Tainted Embrace completely pulled me in with its emotional storyline, compelling characters, and plenty of drama, but the final chapters took this book to another level. I genuinely did not see that ending coming. The shock hit hard, and my heart absolutely broke for the characters.
Maria Raye does a fantastic job of building the story and making you invest emotionally, and when the twist lands, it leaves a lasting impact. I finished the book feeling stunned, heartbroken, and unable to stop thinking about it.
A beautifully written, emotional read with an unforgettable ending that turned a very good book into a brilliant one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
